A 36-year-old teacher’s death from diabetes reveals how everyday foods can silently trigger severe health complications.
Diabetes, a chronic condition with numerous complications, is increasingly affecting younger individuals. Ms. Luong, a dedicated 36-year-old Chinese language teacher, began experiencing fatigue, stomach pain, and a rapid heartbeat in late 2020.
