An East Texas family got the news they were dreading on Monday morning after their parents were found dead as a result of the catastrophic flooding in Central Texas. James and Cindy Rushing had traveled from Sulphur Springs to the Hill Country with their camper. Their daughters said their parents had set up camp along the Guadalupe River near Fredericksburg. The family is now in the process of bringing their bodies home.
